OUR RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for your purchase, we are so sorry you are not pleased with it. Here at You're Invited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the entire order within 7 days of receiving your purchase. In order to be accepted for a complete refund of the purchase price, we require all the items from within the package must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Party Packages must be returned in full, we will not accept individual items.
Seasonal/Holiday Party Packages and ALL Gift Packages can not be returned.
Contact email@example.com to approve the return and ensure that all products have been unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation Email with the shipping address.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will process your refund within 14 days from the time the products are received. Payments will be issued to the original source.
Here at You're Invited we want to make sure all your items arrive safely; however, if for some reason there is a broken or damaged item in your package, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your package.
You're Invited will process and ship out orders within 3 business days.
We will notify you, as soon as possible, if for any reason the items in your order are not available.
Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping amounts are confirmed at check out. Our packages are calculated based on the weight, size and destination.
You're Invited can currently only ship to The United States and Canada.
You're Invited is not responsible for shipping time. Shipping times are provided by the carrier and will vary by destination, method, size and weight of the package.
Alternate shipping methods can be arranged. Additional charges will apply. Please contact You're Invited directly at email@example.com
You're Invited is not liable once the package has been delivered to the carrier. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
You're Invited is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address. We will always ship to the shipping address supplied at checkout. Packages that are returned due to wrong address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout, with the shipping confirmation and tracking information.
