OUR RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN POLICY


All sales are final, please contact us at youreinvitedparties@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your purchase.

SHIPPING


You're Invited will process and ship out orders within 3 business days.

We will notify you, as soon as possible, if for any reason the items in your order are not available.

​

Orders that are placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

​

Custom orders require a 30-day processing period and will ship out within the date you requested.

​

Shipping amounts are confirmed at check out. Our packages are calculated based on the weight, size and destination.

​

You're Invited can currently only ship to The United States. 

​

We can only ship to a physical address; no P.O. Boxes are accepted.


You're Invited is not responsible for shipping time.  Shipping times are provided by the carrier and will vary by destination, method, size and weight of the package.

Alternate shipping methods can be arranged. Additional charges will apply. Please contact You're Invited directly at youreinvitedparties@gmail.com

You're Invited can arrange a local drop-off or pick-up if arranged in advance between an associate at You're Invited and customer. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting You're Invited directly.  Some delivery fees may apply.

You're Invited is not liable once the package has been delivered to the carrier.  We will not be responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.  

​

You're Invited is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address.  We will ship to the provided shipping address supplied at checkout.  Packages that are returned due to wrong address will be reshipped at the customer's cost.

​

Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout, with the shipping confirmation and tracking information.
